Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) devices record the arrival and departure, to and from aircraft, of each of its suppliers. The performance levels of these service providers, such as handling agents, caterers and cleaning staff, are recorded and monitored. Data are made available in real time as the information collected via the PDAs is instantly synchronized to a server.
