ICTS Albania attracted the attention at Labor Fair 2017, 29 -31 March 2017, as “Top Employer” by professionally presenting its Labor Opportunities and enhancing the recruits and Labor Inspectorate expectations, recruiting over 400 candidates applied for ICTS’s vacant positions and Internship Program.

During the fair were promoted the International standards applied in the HR management such as Performance monitoring and Employees evaluations, periodic Bonuses and Awards for the best performers, Internal system of Advancements through the Career Boost tool, Internship opportunities, Trainings and continuous Learning activities, Annual Electronic Employee Satisfaction Survey, internal staff Communication and Team Building activities, Absolute Compliance with the Labor Code etc.
